Q.What are the check-in and check-out times?
A.Check-in is between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Check-out is any time before 11:00am.
Q.Is check-in self-service?
A.A staff member will greet you on-site and explain the facilities.
Depending on your arrival time, staff may guide you after your arrival.
If you arrive after 6:00pm, self check-in will be required.
Q.Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
A.Early check-in may be possible depending on availability on the day.
Late check-out after 11:00am is not available.

Q.Do you provide pajamas?
A.Pajamas are available upon request.
We offer long-sleeve organic cotton pajamas in S or M size.
Q.Are cooking seasonings available?
A.Yes, but they differ by property:
・villa / Log: salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil
・Kominka nagare (traditional house): salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, soy sauce, mirin, and cooking sake
Q.Can towels be replaced?
A.Towels for the length of your stay are provided.
Additional or replacement towels are available upon request.
Q.What bathroom amenities do you provide?
A.We provide MARKS&WEB cleansing oil, face wash, toner, and moisturizer.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are also from MARKS&WEB.

Q.Is there a washing machine?
A.Yes, all properties have a washer-dryer.
Kominka nagare has a dedicated laundry room with one washer and one dryer.
Q.Can we use the BBQ area?
A.Yes, BBQ is available as an optional service (reservation required by the previous day).
Bringing your own equipment is not permitted. Please bring your own ingredients.
Q.Can we make a bonfire?
A.Bonfires are available only at Log nagare.
Bringing your own fire pit is not permitted.
Q.Can we use the irori hearth table?
A.At Kominka nagare, the irori is available only for guests who book the irori dinner option.
Q.Is Wi-Fi available?
A.Yes, Wi-Fi is available at all properties.
Q.Do you have a home theater?
A.Kominka nagare and Log nagare have home theater systems.

A.Yes. The closest shops differ by property:

・7-Eleven: 7 minutes on foot
・Roadside Station “Tagiri no Sato”: 7 minutes on foot
・Supermarket “TSURUYA”: 7 minutes by car
【villa nagare / Log nagare】
・Supermarket “Ciao”: 5 minutes by car
・FamilyMart: 5 minutes by car
*There are no shops within walking distance, so shopping before check-in is recommended.

Q.Do you have a baby bed?
A.Yes, available upon request (please contact us by the day before).
We can also prepare a diaper bin, toys, Bumbo seat, and high chair.
Q.Are dogs allowed?
A.Dogs (small to medium, 1 per stay) are welcome at villa nagare and Log nagare.
Kominka nagare does not allow pets.

Q.Are winter tires necessary?
A.The Ina Valley area has little snowfall, but roads may freeze early in the morning or at night.
We recommend winter tires from December to April.
Q.Do you provide pick-up service?
A.Yes, we offer pick-up from Iijima Station or the Iijima bus stop.
Please inform us of your arrival time in advance.

A.We ask that you refrain from entering the facility unless you are staying at the hotel.
